Our customer was a homeowner association management software service that enabled organization, automation, and satisfaction for its clients.
This software was meant to be an all-in-one solution for community management companies, providing aid in accounting, automated workflows, customer relationship management, performance measurements, and much more.
As an innovative company offering advanced technological tools, this management software service provides a continuous effort to update its technological solutions to best aid its client's ranged needs.
The challenge
Our client was experiencing some roadblocks in the mobile app version of their software. In summary, they needed an offline mode for their app, new screens to further advance the app’s capabilities, and to enhance some UI aspects of the software.
An offline version of the mobile app would empower users to seamlessly and comprehensively utilize the full extent of the management software, even when they were not connected to the internet.
Our client wanted to enhance the mobile app by introducing new screens to provide additional details about associations for its clients. Further, the previously existing mobile app was experiencing some UI issues, as it lacked a dark mode, and there was a certain untidiness in other UI implementations.

Tizbi mobile app developers incorporated the latest technologies into the association management mobile app, although some screens still relied on older, more stable technologies.
The new screens were built using SwiftUI, while the older ones were based on UIKit. Additionally, the application utilized an 'easy cache' method, which allowed data caching without requiring additional user actions.
Presently, the project is in the first phase of mobile app development, and there have not been many issues.
